What Is The Color Code For Usernames On A Forum?

OK so it all depends on what forum it is.. and weather or not it allows HTML or bb code to change the color of the username.
for invisionfree its HTML which looks like this:
| CODE | | <span style='color:red'><b> </span></b> |
or there is another html code for other sites:
| CODE | | <font color="red"><b><i>{username}</i></b></font>. |
while bb code looks like this:
| CODE | | [color=red][b] {username} [/b][/font] |
So it all depends on what type of forum it is and what that forums permissions are.

Okay. It is, that's good since it is Invision Free. What type of forum permissions it has? That sounds quite confusing to me the last part does. Can you explain that to me?
